Gametopup ("we", "us") operates the website gametopup.org and the Gametopup Android app. We sell digital game top-ups to customers in Tanzania and across Africa. You can reach us any time on WhatsApp at +255 772 740 118 or by email at khalidnasso566@gmail.com.

We collect only what we need to deliver your top-up and support you:

• Contact details — your phone number and/or email address, used for order confirmations, receipts and support.
• Game details — the game, package and your in-game Player ID / UID, which we use to deliver credits to the right account.
• Order details — your order number, amount, payment method, payment status and delivery status.
• Payment information — payments are processed by licensed payment providers (crypto through NOWPayments, and PayPal for PayPal balance and card payments). We never see or store your PIN, full card number or PayPal password.
• Optional account data — if you choose to create an account, we store your email and sign-in identity. An account is never required to buy.
• Referral and coins data — your referral code, Gametopup Coins balance and the order code used to prove ownership of coins.
• Reviews — if you write a review, we publish the star rating and comment, without your personal contact details.

• To process payment and deliver your game top-up.
• To send you order confirmations, receipts and status updates.
• To provide customer support on WhatsApp, email or in-app chat, and to resolve problems with orders.
• To manage promo codes, Gametopup Coins and the invite-a-friend rewards.
• To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate payments and abuse of promotions.
• To improve the website and show live statistics such as recent deliveries (always without personal data).

We share the minimum necessary with trusted partners only: our game credit suppliers receive the game name, package and your Player ID so they can deliver credits; our payment providers process your payment; and our hosting and email providers store data securely on our behalf. We never sell your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by Tanzanian law or a valid legal request.

You can buy without creating an account. Orders placed as a guest are stored against your phone number or email so we can deliver, send receipts and support you. Creating an account is optional and only adds convenience — signing in keeps your order history in one place.

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to deliver your top-up, handle refunds and coin grants, and meet accounting and legal requirements in Tanzania. Your game Player ID is kept with the order so we can investigate any delivery problem later.

Our site uses SSL/HTTPS encryption. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment providers and never stored on our servers. Access to order data inside Gametopup is restricted to authorised staff, and all data is protected by role-based access controls.

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct wrong contact details.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need, except records we must keep by law.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time — order and support messages will still be sent.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services grow. The date below shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced on the site.
