How we handle orders that don't go through.
Failed top-ups come back as Gametopup Coins
If a paid order fails, is cancelled or is refunded, its value is returned to you as Gametopup Coins. 1 coin is worth 1 TSh and coins can pay for a full future order.
Orders paid with Gametopup Coins are returned automatically as soon as the order is marked failed, cancelled or refunded.
For orders paid another way, open your order page and request your coins. Our team checks the order and then credits the full amount.
Delivered orders are final
Once a top-up has been delivered to the Player ID you entered, it can't be reversed or exchanged.
Please double-check your Player ID (and Zone or Server ID, if your game asks for one) before paying.
Payments are only accepted after confirmation
We only process an order after the payment provider confirms the payment. Unpaid or unconfirmed orders are never sent to the game supplier.
